I recently enjoyed a fabulous stay at The West Park Hotel that felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, really making an effort to ensure I had everything I needed. However, the sound insulation in my original room left something to be desired, as I could hear traffic outside. Overall, the experience was good, especially the food and service.
